Seeded Bread Premix

Our Seeded Bread Premix makes the best homemade bread. Who would even say no to a healthy seeded bread for breakfast or a tea-time snack that is quick and easy to bake! You can be creative with our premix and make rolls, bagels, burger buns and pita breads with it. Our premix is high in fiber and good fats, suitable for all diets like low-carb, keto, banting, gluten and sugar-free. Tantalize your taste buds and add extra spark to your day by including our healthy premix to your diet and to enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, Salt, Linseed, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Psyllium Husk, Baking Powder

Nutritional Values per 100g: Fats: 5g, Carbs: 7.5g, Protein: 15g, Sugars: 1.25g, Cals: 360kCal.

Recipe: 1 packet of @Betul_fit Seeded Bread Premix

7 large eggs

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup melted butter

Spray & Cook or extra coconut oil 

Directions: 1.Beat eggs and mix together wet ingredients to add to the @Betul_fit Seeded bread Premix

2.Place the premix in a greased 8x4-inch (450g) loaf pan

3.Bake for 30-35 mins at 180 degrees Celcius and serve with any topping of your choice

4.Store in airtight container once cooled and keep refrigerated - Also perfect for toasting!
