Ingredients: Spearmint, Lemon grass, Ashwagandha, Fennel, Fenugreek, Basil, Moringa, Licorice root, Chaste tree berries, Saw palmetto, Green tea. Contains no added sugar, sweeteners, artificial preservatives or colorants. Brewing instructions: 

• Add 1 tea bag to freshly boiled water

• Allow to brew for 3 minutes

• Drink 1 cup daily between meals

Directions: Add 1 tea bag in 250ml boiling water and allow it to brew for 3 minutes. Drink the tea daily before or after breakfast, lunch, or supper. It is recommended to use the tea in conjunction with Betul_fit Diet Plan for better and quicker results. Do not exceed more than 3 tea bags a day.
